Legacy Strength focuses on the strength components of functional fitness, including movements like squats, bench, cleans and snatch. It also covers gymnastic strength, such as pull-ups, ring dips, getting upside down etc.
Legacy Conditioning focuses on conditioning workouts to build a strong cardiovascular system. Functional movements such as box jumps, wall balls, running, etc are used in this class.
