Functional Body Building aims to correct bad movement patterns, fix structural imbalances and create symmetrical strength to build a rock solid body.

Functional Gymnastics creates body awareness and strength through the midline, increasing mobility and flexibility.

These two powerful training methods paired together supplement the core components covered in Legacy Functional Fitness classes.
